With this membership, you’re set up with a specific and detailed plan that has clear, defined goals and an end date where your progress is tested.

Personal Training Membership

Take your training seriously with the highest level of support

$63-92.50 weekly
  • 24-hour access
  • On-going programs
  • 1-2 x 30min personal training sessions weekly

This membership is ideal for members who are new to the gym and need extra help and guidance, members who need specific technique coaching or athletes who want to take their performance up a notch in their sport or hobby.

More on our group training

Our group training classes cover all areas of fitness, they’ll transform you into a mean, lean training machine! 

Sweat –  45 mins of aerobic and anaerobic training designed to get your heart rate up and lungs working hard

Strength – 45 mins of strength training including barbell and dumbbell and bodyweight movements

Functional – 45 mins of strength training using non-traditional equipment like tyres, stones and more!

Team – 45 mins of aerobic and anaerobic training completed in groups for added fun

You can either join our group training membership or come along casually!
