Our group training classes cover all areas of fitness, they’ll transform you into a mean, lean training machine! 

Sweat –  45 mins of aerobic and anaerobic training designed to get your heart rate up and lungs working hard

Strength – 45 mins of strength training including barbell and dumbbell and bodyweight movements

Functional – 45 mins of strength training using non-traditional equipment like tyres, stones and more!

Team – 45 mins of aerobic and anaerobic training completed in groups for added fun

How much support do I need? Can I plan my own training, do I feel confident using equipment by myself? Is there something new that I’m wanting to learn? How much guidance will I need?

How do I want to train? Do you prefer to train in a group, with a trainer, with friends or solo?

What has held me back in the past? Did you have a lack of direction, the wrong training plan? Were you not confident in the gym? Did you lack motivation?

How can I set myself up for success this time? Do you need better support or more accountability? Do you need to set goals or commit to something external?

Why our members love it

Being a bit older and female can mess with your head but all is put at ease when you train with other supportive females and we are all completely different body types and nobody cares what you look like so refreshing!
