Build

Squat/Bench/Deadlift

Get stronger and live better with the BIG 3! These sessions revolve around nailing technique and working on full-body strength. 

Recover

Give back to your body! This session focuses on exercises that improve mobility and stability helping to recover from or prevent injury. 

Smash

Get fitter and go harder for longer! These are a combination of high intensity and endurance-based cardio workouts.

What’s different about what we do?

Number One

Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 12 people. This gives you an opportunity for one-to-one support with our experienced trainers, ensuring you’re moving well and working to the right intensity.

 

Number Two

Our sessions vary in intensity and pace. This means that we have time to go over technique, make sure that you’re doing things properly and that you can train every day without getting burnt out.

 

Number Three

The program is progressed week to week and customised to each member. There are blocks of training that focus on different things, each week the intensity increases a little ensuring you keep making progress.

 

What our members love about it..

Being a bit older and female can mess with your head but all is put at ease when you train with other supportive females and we are all completely different body types and nobody cares what you look like so refreshing!

I have changed gyms 5 times in the last year or so to find the right fit and Unbreakable feels like home. Everyone is super supportive and so encouraging. Always feel like I am among friends. I just love the group training! It feels great to just get into the gym and get my training done without having to worry about motivating myself or figure out what I should be doing. I also love getting to train with other people because it really gives you the extra push to work harder.
